- JUNE 18: Sizzlin’ Summer Challenge; hot sauce, salsa competition and cocktail tastings; location and time TBA
- JULY 3: Summer Regatta on the Lake; morning races, float contest, family fun; gather at the lake at 11:00 AM
- July 21: Annual POA Meeting & Soiree; To be held at the Sapphire Valley Resorts Community Center. After annual business meeting, a catered, casual dinner; time TBA

Local Venues
- Groovin' on the Green: Beginning Memorial Day weekend and continuing through Labor Day, the concerts take place every Friday beginning at 6:30 on the Village Green. One Exception, July 4 show is on a Monday, and concludes with a fireworks display. For Band schedule: VillageGreenCashiersNC.com
